Aram Shah is the founder and serves as current principal broker for Florida Capital Realty. Aram holds a Master of arts in mass communications and master of science in entrepreneurship from the University of Florida.  Aram is a member of the National Association of Realtors® as well as the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers (CRB).  Aram Shah works with his brother Tim Shah who is the current chief operating officer, holds a master of business administration from Florida State University, and is a member of the National Association of Realtors®.

Both Aram and Tim are seasoned real estate professionals and are also referred to as the “REO BROTHERS ™.”  With over 2000 REO properties transacted, both Aram & Tim have produced over $5,000,000 a year in gross commission income.  Both Aram and Tim are frequent guest speakers on various real estate radio shows, podcast series, television debates, and real estate conferences.
